Azad Kashmir

This is a 28 year old, single girl who lived in the mountains of Azad Kashmir. She became paralyzed from the waist down after the earthquake. Her parents have passed away and she has siblings who cannot care for her. Since 2005 she has been living in a government facility in Islamabad. She is one of many people, SCIPPER has been supporting and facilitating their medical care and rehabilitation since 2005. There are many more SCIPs who need to be rehabilitated so that they can lead a healthy, happy and independent life.

There are similar stories of many other young paralyzed women, whom SCIPPER has sponsored for their health care, rehabilitation, financial and other needs.
